KLAD manufactures one standing seam profile: Mech-Lock. Panels are mechanically seamed using a seaming tool that folds and locks adjacent panel edges together, creating the most weather-tight connection available in metal roofing.
Unlike snap-lock systems, Mech-Lock panels are fully sealed at every seam. There are no exposed fasteners, no rubber washers, and no compromise on weather resistance. KLAD can warranty Mech-Lock panels for 50 years. Snap-lock systems cannot make that claim.
